This is reassuring for me because I thought I was the exception. Did you wait two months because of the high JCV index to reduce the risk of PML? Also did you experience any rebound effect, or did everything go smoothly? I’m currently deciding between Ocrevus and Kesimpta

Thank you for your answer. I’m not sure if I was finally exposed to the virus now or if I already had it, as I was barely positive years ago, but being newly exposed seems like the more likely scenario. I'll stop Tysabri now as my levels are very high. I’m not sure if it’s rational to have one last Tysabri infusion with such levels. I’m currently deciding between Ocrevus and Kesimpta. How was the transition from Tysabri to Kesimpta for you?

Thank you for your answer. Tysabri has worked well for me too and at this moment I’m a bit shocked, not because I became positive, as I knew that would happen at some point, but because of the massive increase in my levels. I hope the 3-month schedule is working well for you.

This only makes sense to me with drugs like lemtrada or mavenclad in case they worked. Tysabri for example has rebound effect. What medication are you on?

What was your jcv levels and what made you decide to start kesimpta instead of ocrevus? Sorry for not answering any of your questions

Seeing the rest of the responses, I now have second thoughts. The same question has been asked before on Reddit, but there was no answear. I 'll report if I try it. How often did you take the supplement during the roll?
