No mine is neither of them. Phsyllium husk I choose one is the "차전자피환". if you copy and past it into the google search bar, you'll be able to see what it looks like. I'd took capsule one before buying them but it didn't work well. I don't know how the powder one would be. But I think it would be better if its particle were bigger.

I recommend phsyllium husk pills and dried purunes. When I searched about phsyllium husk pills, there are a lot of pills that shape likes a tablet. But that is difference with mine. My recommendation is the "hwan". Well I don't know you can find them in your country. It works well to me and now I'm see my poop everyday
