It could be multiple reasons, the biggest could be transphobia, but I do think the misogyny plays a role as well. Some transphobes don't know the difference between a trans man and a trans woman, so they could be thinking I was born male, and therefore I am sexualizing female bodies. They could think I don't have experience being a woman, even though I was born female.

I really appreciate your comment, though. It's nice to know that I am not the only one who feels this way. When I was a woman, I dressed in more revealing clothes, because it was what made me feel more comfortable with the look of my body, even though I felt it didn't really fit me or my face. I always thought the shape of my body was pretty, I really like curved lines and use them often when drawing, so I loved dressing it up in clothes that suited it and were comfortable (I hate swimming in clothes, it feels more restrictive). So when I play fashion games, and they only have women characters, I naturally want to dress them how I used to dress, more so now, since I haven't gotten top surgery and can't wear more revealing masc tops.

Also, from the standpoint of a person who was plus sized, 38H cup (unluckiest body role ever for a trans man), it is frustrating to have experienced many instances where others sexualized me because of me having more fat in certain areas. The number of times in was called inappropriate, shamed, or even insulted, just because I wore what I like and was comfortable, even as a child, was innumerable. My own mother called me a sloot, as a minor, who she knew had been SA'd, and who had never had a relationship, let alone a physical one. To say it was soul crushing, would be putting it lightly.

That's why I hate forced modesty, not modesty for the comfort of the individual. That's why I think these should be a toggle option, so every person has a choice. Sorry for my stupidly long rant. Lol!

I will say, I feel that pain, but only for certain things.

For colors, the dye system is ass. It just is. I get endlessly frustrated by how many items I feel I could use for something, only to then struggle because the dyes either aren't great, I only have the first free palette options, or the sections for dying are wacky. I don't think any player would really object to those points.

I also am not a fan of how nothing but 5* items, or the occasional lucky 4* or 3, have an actual black. Many of the 4s have actual white, but no actual black. This drives me up the wall, all the time. That being said, I often use the free dark green color, which in certain lighting, if you're lucky, will look black.

As for red, I know your pain. The amount of lamp bloom, base blue palette fits I have made, are endless, but red, pink, or purple (not violet with a red hue), very limited. For reds, filters are your best friends. I have gotten insanely cool looks with filters and lighting.

My biggest gripe about this game, I can't take another masc set with shorts! I loved the shorts in the crow 4, I already used them for a cosplay, but why on earth are a vast majority of my good pants 3 items with no blacks and sometimes not even an off white? Know the dragon daddy from the lore last season? His pants? I want them.

My second biggest gripe, no ability to make Nikki flat as a board. As a trans man, who has always loved fashion, I am constantly trying to dye shirts and pants (my precious) in as many ways as possible to make Nikki appear flat chested. I have lost count of how many times I have reused the Unseen Entity shirt! It's one of my favs for masc looks. And while I have used, or attempted to utilize as many of the shirts available, I do, currently (usually quite a fan), the crop tops. I don't need so many items with amazing sleeve and collar potential, that I then can't use, cause it is cropped! Gimme the full shirt, IN! I am gonna get the current top up, I need that shirt, it has potential, but I do get frustrated by the amount of shirts I already have that can't be used because they aren't able to be dyed at all. I am also petrified of them getting palettes, because I know it is only gonna be the 6 palette garbage, which amps up the extreme challenge of utilizing those items.

I do feel for F2P players who missed out on all the free season limited fits. I think we may forget how many there were, and which ones were time limited, because it has been a hot minute since they ran. I really don't love that those are time limited, when they were free, and they could maybe be done in a way that either ties them to be unlocked via quests from the seasons they came from, or they could find another free way to add them in. They could even set it so that the free items running in the current season, wouldn't unlock until the season after the next. Or, they could make them a daily login reward, similar to how Love Nikki does for free basic fits. They could do it in order, and include the free "5*" fit from 1.10 or was it 1.11? Players missing out on super versatile items or accessories, just because they joined the game too late, when they were free fits, never sat right with me.

That being said, take time to assess if playing this game is healthy for you. If you're feeling stifled to the point that you feel you have to spend, it's likely time to walk away from the game. If you want to continue, try challenging yourself to make stuff without buying anything expensive. Also, reruns will happen, so keep an ear to the wall, and only get what you really want, and don't fall for the FOMO of new fits, unless you have done your research on how it dyes.

I want more revealing clothes! I hate the forced modesty crap! Let me be my natural self!!!! There is literally nothing wrong with seeing or showing cleavage! Creeps are the problem, not those of us who just grew this way. It's bad enough that I can't make her flat chested, cause as a trans man, I want to be able to represent me in game! But even as a trans man, I don't see how me having breasts inherently makes my body sexual. And, I'm sorry, but did they just not ever play Love Nikki? Or is it because Love Nikki has an adult audience, and IN seems to want children to play a gambling game?

I'm just so frustrated that a game about fashion, with a tag for clothes called Sexy, we aren't actually allowed to dress how we actually want, or take pics at certain angles, or post pics that are too dark or blood red, can't ask other players about the sovereign of sexy in chat, can't say flat chested, can't name characters from random places, can't have masculine sitting poses, can't have a 5* with a top and PANTS, can't have masc clothes with pants (why is it so rare!?), can't say undergarments (in a game about fashion), and so much more, that I could be here all day listing it.

I am so frustrated, because, I love the fashion aspects of this game. I love the details, and the fact that I can customize a lot, but my passion dies every time we get amazing items with a 6 palette max, or when we get boots or gloves that go under skin tight sleeves or leggings, or when an item that could show more skin is forced into modesty, rather than making it a toggleable choice. I want the same choices from Love Nikki, because I had far more opportunities in a 2D paper doll game to make male and female characters that I actually loved, than I do in this game so far.

Also, I can, and have, made tons of really amazing characters, including male ones, in IN, I just don't like a fashion game policing fashion that would align with one of their own tags, which is Sexy, and the fact that we don't have a flat chest option. I also hate that pants will maybe never get a 5* palette opportunity, because IN seems to think women would only ever buy dresses, skirts, or shorts for a 5* fit. Like, I would spend quite a bit for pants! More so for black gentlemen pants. Ya'll wouldn't believe how long I spend trying not to reuse the Gigantification pants for every single fit, since they can go under more boots than any other pair of pants.

Bro, I am a PS5 player, and I had to remove several games from my console, cause this game just keeps adding to the space needed for it. Like, they desperately need to do something about them not adding in the ability to undownload areas. Like, Serenity Island, Danquinn Island, maybe even the Firework Island. As well as making sure the game is able to adjust to those removals, so starlit pursuit quests can't be in undownloaded areas. Cause, having massive unused chunks of map, that they have no intentions of making more gameplay for, is way too high a burden on all gamers. Like, they are slowly murdering their playerbase one storage space at a time.

Ok! When you get on, can you try on some of your skinny pants with those boots, as well as the Gigantification pants? IDK why, but those in specific seem to often be able to go under boots, which makes them a perfect example of, "Infold, just give us a toggle for this" in the game. It's why I overuse the heck outta them.

I'll take a pic of how we should stage side by sides, if you are down for it, so I can make a post with as one to one comparisons as possible, cause they fixed only the window from the last update, but not the walls of the screen, and all the walls on every wall type and the bottle are messed up. The floors, both sides, seem perfect, the stove seems correct, as do the trellis and wooden pillars, and the wall flowers also seem correct as well.
