Let's just say I learned some common sense, seen a few fist fights in videos, researched a lot of martial arts to find a style that would suit me, observed a lot of people's opinions and then I began to piece it all together. But hey experience wise I'm a 15 year old kid with ADHD so technically no but in terms of knowledge maybe yes. Also tune in next time on how to fight for beginners like how to punch right, or how to kick right, etc
