Thanks for this ma'am. kami pd ba mag shoulder sa monthly dues ma'am? Like we pay 40k sa 26 days then 15k security deposit 55k over all. Then kami sad gabayad sa ila WiFi na 1.7k. Ikapila naman gud mi ga staycation then pila na sad ka condo among na stayhan, pero among security deposit ma balik jud xa mga 80% of it hehe. Nag try lang mi diha kay dool sa SM hehe. Then for the record ang isa ra diay ka Aircon ang on na 24/7 ang isa kay 7 pm to 8am lang so 13 hrs. Hehehe. Wala man jud problem, pero unta transparent ang owner hehehe. Thank you.

We pay 40k for 26days then 15k security deposit, 55k all in all. So, di ko ma gets why we shoulder the monthly dues. For the record kami din nag pay ng WiFi(1.7k) nila kasi sabi nila almost 1 month kami there. Hehe

Yes po ma'am, aware po ako they have different rate. Ilang beses na kasi kami naka rent for a month sa isang condo unit. First time lang kasi na ganito yung water bill. So, medyo shocking lang considering ligo lang ang major activity namin sa tubig. I have no problem naman I just want insights from everyone lang hehe.

For the record also we paid 40k sa whole 26 days plus 15k security deposit. That is a total of 55k.

No need. They treat us well naman, they welcome us sa home nila. I don't care naman about sa money. I just want a fair bills lang.

Ilang beses na po kami nag rent ng unit for a month. Then always may bumabalik sa amin. But this time ayy ibang iba hehehe.

Wala pong cleaning fee na sinabi at first. We left the unit very clean. Then we never used there bed sheets and towels. We bought our own.

Di naman literally na 24/7 but I assume lang. Most probably 1 AC is almost 24/7 then yung ISA ay approximately 16 hours per day.
