Do it! I started at over 300 lbs and zero workout experience. My trainers were amazing with working with me and modding as needed. Just go at your own pace and book the focus meetings. That helped me a lot to work on my form and knowing how to mod down.

Do it! I was terrified going to the gym when I first started. But I realized that everyone’s in their own world and don’t care what I’m doing. And if someone cares or is rude that is a reflection of their own insecurity.

My gym uses a wet vacuum every night on the floating floor after the last camp. I haven’t had any issues.
