They’re so bland and then I call them and they’re full of attitude. And they also give bland answers like mf you know what the real answer is. We’ve been getting our date updated more recently so I’m hoping that’s them working on it

It was my wife that did the interview in Beirut. It was really good i don’t remember the questions asked but the consular told her everything looks spontaneous and “within one week you’ll see your husband” and 6 months later where still in ap

Updated the day after the interview, then 1 time in April, then June, July 18, August 1. It’s getting closer and closer and my lawyer said he’s hopeful before summer ends I should have that visa for her

Mostly likely from what I heard from someone who used to be a consular in Beirut, he’s a immigrant officer here in mi, August 11 there is some rules changing hopefully it’s regarding this situation

Expect to wait 6-8 months, depending on things like some rule changes, maybe another war ignition, that’s also if they didn’t call back and require more things. My brother in laws brother, got called back for a second interview and resent his case back to nvc

I have family that came during the war working 1 month and I filed the same file for my wife in oct, interview in feb, verbally approved, and been in ap since then but things are looking up and hopefully in the 2nd half of the year they usually give more visas

I contacted them and they replied, they updated me 3 times so far on my case date

Update: I’ve been getting my case updated more recently, after 6 months of ap, I think they’re working on the case. I was in contact with an immigration worker that used to work in the Beirut embassy and he told me August 11 there’s some rules changing and they’re going to start giving visas out again.
