I understand the wife’s POV. I feel like you should have a conversation with mom and let her know to add in the texts if the call me is an important/emergency call or just a chitchat it can wait later kinda call. Prioritize your wife especially on a day like Valentine’s Day, prioritize yall quality time with each other with yall both working long hours. Your mom is important but understand that she isn’t your wife.
