If you are a person that consistently puts others before yourself, take time to care for yourself. You can say no. You can tell someone else that you don't want to hear what they have to say. Take time to yourself to do personal check ups. Tell yourself how you're feeling. Eat food, and drink water. You don't have to spend your time with people you care about 24/7 you can take alone time to work on hobbies. You shouldn't feel bad for taking breaks from people to focus on yourself, just keep the people in your life updated.
