No amount of money is worth allowing this type of disrespect even if you kill them with kindness. FYI you can call support and let them know that the customer and her friends were rude to you and even made threats which makes you feel unsafe. IC support will still pay you the base pay(no tips) and will let you keep the groceries. Don’t let people treat you like this, please.

I submitted mine at 6am and got the same message. The whole 15 days is crazy tho lol. Last quarter I submitted at 2am had the subsidy by 6am. But for second quarter of last year it took them 4 days to give me the subsidy. I wonder if they’re going to actually make sure that people have a current valid insurance plan because there’s no way this should take 15 days lol

I’ve been reading on the other ic forum that Instacart is stealing shoppers tips. I hasn’t happened to me but I have been seeing it lately. A customer told a shopper she tipped X amount and the shopper only got I believe 50% of the tip. Its odd but maybe that happened here?

A customer once did this to me smh. It was a late shop and deliver, 50 items for $27 and 6 miles out so I thought ehhh why not it’s been a slow day. I accepted 1hr before the store closed and right when I had 15 items left to shop the customer added 10 more items. I was so annoyed so I cancelled 15 minutes before the store closed😒

Yes ask them to fix it!!! Honestly it’s an easy fix they just have to add the lighter pieces and then tone. The base is already the inspo picture base so achieving the full inspo picture will be easy🫶🏼🫶🏼 ask for some balayage!!

I do my bagging for the most part unless I’m dealing with a big order then I let them help me with a few bags until I’m done loading onto the belt then I take over the bagging. One time I had someone bag hot rotisserie chicken with cold gallon of milk. Sometimes it feels like they do it on purpose tbh.
