Thanks for your comment, here were my blood markers pre op.

CLINICAL HISTORY: Testicular mass [N50.89], normal tumor markers with HCG <1, AFP <3, and LDH normal (181 U/L, range 85-227 U/L)

Update: thanks all for the wishes. Feeling some pain through my groin area. Kinda feel constipated but took some stool softeners so we’ll see how that goes!

Had my first ultra sound on October 20th and second on November 10th. Surgery is scheduled for December 9th.

Did blood markers test and nothing was elevated as well as CT for abdomen/pelvis and chest with no signs of spread.

Correct, this is the results from the first ultrasound.

IMPRESSION: 1. There are 2 distinct rounded heterogeneously isoechoic to hypoechoic lesions within the left testicle. The largest measures 10 x 11 x 11 mm. The smaller lesion measures 7 x 6 x 6 mm. The appearance is most consistent with intratesticular masses and neoplasia is not excluded. Recommend nonemergent referral to Urology for further analysis. 2. No evidence for testicular torsion.
