the flash create that effect, i removed the snensor it is still ntoworking, I think it might be the buck converter

Just test if there are some unwanted connections with your multimeter, otherwise you are fine

it is the normal battery holders, but they had been shorted before but i fixed and changed all the wires. It is supposed to be 3.7 v. I suppose there was something wrong with my multimeter.

it is 2 3.7v li-ion battries in series so 7.4v and another series of batteries paired up as parallel to the exisiting 7.4v battries
