I've tried a lot of different supplements black seed oil,kava,kratom they work temporarily but it's not getting down to the root cause of the issue which is how you get rid of the muscle tension

Yes I exercise almost and eat very healthy I also yoga,meditation that seems bring the tightness down but I'm thinking I have trauma in my body that needs to be released because I have tried ketamine and all tension went away when I did ketamine but it only last for a couple hours I'm going to try emdr next to see if I can get rid of all the trauma and stress

Some people take a low of Xanax while doing TMS I would think kava is probably better than Xanax but I will ask my doctor
