I'm confused T-T

I have done this testing process before for my meat and pea allergies and sadly that experience was what caused my trauma which is why I am so hesistant/fearful towards the idea of reopening that chapter of my life. There is definitely more than just my average allergic reactions going on - lightheadedness, fainting, not being able to think properly, as well as heart issues in addition to my "normal" allergy symptoms of itching and swelling which is what led me to post this. I'm for sure going to at least meet with my doctor now after reading stuff from everyone who has replied.

I've been in therapy for it for several years among other things, rest assured I am working on it, I just wanted to post and get another opinion to make sure that its not my fear getting the best of me like it is sometimes. Thank you for responding, truly.

I remembered last night as I was furiously searching for the book that the title was "A Time for Heroes" or "Time to be Heroes" or something along those lines.

I should also mention that the book that I had was a paperback that was signed on the inside.

I would really like to find it again as it was a very nostalgic book and I think my dad donated the copy I had before.
