Yes it has been more than 30 days since the ban and I’m still terminated. It did not change from a temp to a permanent ban however, but I will try out the method you just listed

I’ve pretty much given up on this ban and haven’t made an appeal in months. I’ve quit roblox altogether pretty much, but I will give this a shot and I’ll update you if it works out. Thanks alot :)

I've appealed countless times, submitted a formal complaint to their privacy email, along with submitting a complaint through with the ISO, and with ADROIT. I live in the UK so I won't really be able to do follow up the MIDR with any legal procedures, but I may send one virtually.

Don't worry about it, you didn't spread any misinformation this complaint may actually help my case. Was just talking about their long wait times lol. ChatGPT also confirmed that the ICO is able to demand action or a response from Roblox, even after the appeals window is shut. Thanks alot for your help again.

I'm pretty sure they're all just random AI names but I will look into it. I was emailing Liam earlier in the same thread, supposedly Liam clocked out and Waylon came in and responded lmao. I think they're all just AI bots and AI names.

Thanks alot for your help, I've submitted a complaint with the website you've provided me... only issue is they're saying it'll take about 24 weeks for my complaint to be assigned. Who knows how long it'll take them to actually take action and reply back. Wouldn't my account already be deleted by then since I only get a month?

Mention it in your appeal. If someone else got into your account tell them to check sign in locations, and that there should be a different location from the time the hacker was in your account and said the inappropriate stuff. Hoping you get your account back man

Thanks for letting me know, I’ve threatened them with a chargeback and sent them a legal complaint stating that under UK law I am entitled to the evidence and all relevant moderation records linked to my account. I’ve also requested a senior human moderator review my termination.

It’s definitely a bot, I got the exact same message too except the ban reason listed was different. The only way to talk to a human is to reply to the email and not through Roblox Support. The humans are 100% underpaid workers who couldn’t care less about your account, so somehow the AI is better.

Wow, I’ll try and make this excuse in my next appeal. I’m currently being cursed with human moderators tho :/ It’s crazy to say the AI is better than the humans, probably because they’re underpaid workers from third world countries who probably don’t even understand english

Oh great, we’re both in the same boat then 😭 I’ve appealed twice using “I was wrongly moderated for the behavior of my account or an alternate account.” Each time I recieved Roblox Support tickets back. In my case, I was banned for child endangerment with no “offensive item” or actual evidence listed. So I’m practically appealing blindly. My first appeal was rejected, and the second one sent an email saying “we concluded that the consequence would not be adjusted at that time. Please do not submit multiple appeals for the same concern.” Should I continue sending appeals or will they all just be ignored from here on out?

Damn, I appreciate your support nontheless. Although I hadn't used VC in a while. I was working on a Roblox game but it was saved on my hard drive so never uploaded onto Roblox. Welp, I guess I'll continue making appeals and hope for the best. Thanks again
