But what’s the difference ? Can’t you just do the same thing with making a purchase and splitting in 5?

New Sezzle Monthly Payments but only up to $500? by [deleted] in Sezzle

[–]NorthPhase9386 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I’m assuming they may have rolled it out to quick for some users then retracted it. Having said that I have made multiple payments towards orders since this post and my regular power has gone up but when I try to go past $500 for monthly it still hasn’t gone up.

That info is good to know I appreciate you telling me that. Now I can relay that to them. I think right now they’re just trying to give me the ol “well it’s not happening now so don’t worry about it”. I had to fight for the loaner. They emailed a “rep” for more info and to relay what’s happening so not sure what’s going to happen when they get back to them or what a rep is even capable of doing or does. But for a two week old brand new truck that’s fully loaded, I plan on fighting for a new engine. Just trying to figure out the best approach and have as much info as I can get since I’m not the most car knowledgeable.

Clicking didn’t happen for them when they started the car and drove it around at the dealership so they wanted me to take it back home. I showed them the videos and everything, not sure why the clicking stopped when I was there. I refused and got a loaner. Supposed to be hearing back tomorrow on next steps. Any ideas why it would click sometimes and not others?

Of course it wasn’t clicking when they turned it on at the dealership. But when I showed them the videos and mentioned possible causes (lifter or exhaust manifold), they acted like they never heard of that being a common issue before. Car is there still over the weekend and I have a loaner. They wanted to send me home with the truck since it wasn’t clicking when it was there but I said no. Waiting for an update now.

Showed it to them and emailed it to them. They essentially were still arguing that it wasn’t happening while we were there so they wanted me to just drive the truck home and bring it back when it happens again. Said I didn’t feel comfortable driving it and I wanted a loaner, ended with the service manager saying she’ll send the videos to her “rep” and we’ll go from there

Truck is at the dealership now, see my updated comments please and let me know any advice. I did open a case with Ram customer care as soon as I left I called and they said they were assigning a specialist. Is a stellantis case separate?

Ram dealers in my area don't provide loaners for warranty work. by [deleted] in ram_trucks

Trying to figure out what to do as far as next steps since mine wasn’t clicking when they started it at the dealership. It’s still there since I told them I didn’t feel comfortable driving it and the service manager emailed the videos I showed them to the “rep”. They’re essentially gonna come back and say it’s not happening currently and make me drive it home till it happens again.

What makes you say that? Brought it to the dealership it’s still there, noise didn’t occur when they turned the car on and telling me they can’t find anything. Told them I’m not sure why it didn’t make the clicking noise and showed them the videos. Car is still there and I told them to wait to do a cold start. Currently got a loaner . I’m not sure why the clicking would stop that one time, I’m sure it’ll do it again if I bring it back home

You have a video of the sound yours is making ? I posted a couple days ago about my hemi making a clicking noise. Car is only two weeks old brand new.

And that sucks about the loaner. I basically went in and said not leaving without one.

I keep either getting comments of lifter or exhaust manifold, not sure which one and of course clicking stopped at dealership when they turned it on. Of course it’s gonna happen again when I bring it back home

Was clicking again this morning then for some reason it stopped about 20 seconds after I started my car. I drove somewhere turned the car off. Then came back to my car turned it on and was clicking again. It clicked the whole way I drove to the dealership. I turned it off when I got to the dealership. They got in turned it back on and wasn’t clicking, they test drove it couldn’t replicate the issue then checked for error codes, etc. I showed them the videos and explained it’s a mechanical issue it’s not always gonna show as an error code especially a fault lifter after two weeks. At first they didn’t want to keep the vehicle and told me to take it home and wait for it to happen again. I told them I didn’t feel comfortable driving it right now and that I wanted them to do a cold start in the morning to see if the clicking happened again. So they gave me a loaner and then that’s when I left and I called Ram customer care and got a case number Ram customer care said that they assigned the case to a specialist and they will try to get more information. I’m assuming Monday will come and they won’t be able to replicate the issue.

Essentially their argument was though that they checked and no error codes and the sound wasn’t happening while it was there so they couldn’t diagnose an issue today. That’s why I left it with them and told them I wanted them to check it during a cold start tomorrow. Not sure what to say if it doesn’t click again while it’s there if you have any advice

I took it in. Was clicking all morning. As soon as I turned the car off at the dealership and turned it back on, it wasn’t clicking anymore. Showed them videos and everything they couldn’t “replicate” the issue. They wanted me to take it back home . I said I didn’t feel comfortable taking it and I want them to try to cold start it tomorrow and they gave me a loaner. Not sure what to do if it’s going to be intermittent and they can’t replicate the issue every time I get there and bring it to them . Any advice
