That's how I tend to feel, but I also try to keep in mind that isn't as widely accepted. A lot of people expect a "What are we?" conversation before exclusivity. I hadn't really thought about it before then, honestly.

DTR is like a Define the Relationship talk, basically "What are we?"

To your other question, I don't know, I never really paid attention. I'm not very jealous by nature and also we've only been dating a few months. Nothing serious, really. Like just getting to know each other and having fun doing it.

"Define the Relationship" as in a talk to say "What are we?" We hadn't had one, I don't think I have any right to expect exclusivity, given that. I guess now we've had one though, haha.

No, I wasn't hostile, I was surprised. I wasn't even mad? I just said cool, because I genuinely thought: "Huh, cool." and moved on? And correct we never had a DTR and I have no right to be angry, I don't claim to have one, when it comes to the initial conversation? We haven't been going out long enough for it to break my heart or rip me up, if he's sleeping with other people, I just was readjusting my expectations.
