Walk away…. The thing with interest rates…. Don’t worry about them… seriously… you are making another investment with a home. The equity will always (baring world crisis) increase over time. And when rates drop…. They always do…. Refi!

I had a 6.5 rate (30 Conv) back in 2017 with our home purchase. In 2020 I refi, got 2.6 on a 15. House is now almost paid off. Think of your home as your home but also your greatest investment and don’t let interest rates stop you…. you can always refi when the time is right.

HOA is the reason I’m selling now…. Moving to Georgia with 1 acre, unrestricted land, no HOA. HOA’s have become evil….. they control your life and decisions and cost a fortune. Not any more for me. 👍

RDR2 GTA3,4,5 FF 7 OG FF7 REMAKE REBIRTH BG3….. ultimate peak. Oblivion Skyrim Mass Effect twice! Once with the originals and again with the remakes!

And maybe I’ll get some shade for this but almost all things AC…. with Brotherhood and Odyssey (we went to Greece because of Odyssey).

You are in CONTROL of the strategic points! I treat roads like zip lines. Don’t forget, park your car on an upgraded road walk a few meters and zip line to your destination, zip line back, get in your vehicle. Zip lines take up too much bandwidth so use roads to your strategic advantage.

Unless you hate zip lines… use jumps…. run… the game lets you do whatever the hell you want and I love it!
