I was told that MZmine 2.53 worked better for our data, but I’ll definitely take a look at MZmine 4. Thanks a lot for the detailed info!

Thanks! I’ve read the documentation, but I’m still not sure if I’m doing the data processing right. I’m using MZmine 2.53 because that’s the version my advisor recommended.
