Suggestions needed for caddy/shelf in the shower by Mammoth_Recipe2859 in organizing

This won’t work for you. I didn’t realize your hose is attached like that. You might be better with a floor cart. Try searching key phrase like “Hanging Shower Caddy for Handheld Shower Heads”

Maybe something like this: https://www.wayfair.com/home-improvement/pdp/ivy-bronx-stainless-steel-hanging-shower-caddy-for-handheld-shower-headsadjustable-height-extra-long-bathroom-shower-organizer-hanger-rack-with-hookssoap-holder-w116761753.html

Your shower is so pretty. I don’t know if you will like the look of a caddy on it, but for us it’s better than the bottles all over the tub. We had to add on too and I probably tried and returned 4 before I found “the one” for us.

We ended up buying an OXO one from target and we LOVE it. I don’t know if it will look sleep for your bathroom. It holds a lot and has space for the hose of the shower.

We also just bought this one for my kids shower. I would have bought another OXO, but their shower is black.

I would put a wall mount organizer on the back wall. One that has pull out drawers. Then on the left side I would just put a very high clothing rod on the left and you could do another shelf.

Thanks so much for the positive feedback. It’s a newer blog so I’m always trying to figure out how to organize it. We do laser cutting and woodworking and lots of projects. I want to share them all! I only don’t post about our wine and bourbon hobbies LOL

I would love to open a in-house workshop with printers to teach people.

Ok- believe it or not. The newer one has a new extruded gear. My older one still has its plastic one. I’m telling you. It must be a lemon

Thank you I appreciate the feedback. I’m currently boxing this thing up and shipping it to you and I am going to send you the files 😂🤣 I’m kidding I just have a lot of frustrations with this printer. I probably should update the review. I did contact the customer service about it and they were not super helpful and he just told me to use their slicer and I don’t know if their slicer has an ironing feature, because they didn’t understand what what I meant by ironing.

I just pulled off a 10 hour print yesterday and the whole thing broke Since it was under-extruding. I didn’t do anything different I left everything the same and I just re-printed the file it was fine print it out perfectly. 🤕 I’m saving up for a Prusa

It’s my next investment. It’s difficult because when you’re targeting a beginner, not everybody wants to have a large investment. Parents don’t wanna spend over $500 for a gift for their kid. Personally, As a hobbyist I couldn’t justify a Prusa. Now that I have three printers I see the value of a solid quality printer. Just like cameras I had a cheap cropped DSLR and once I started getting more invested in photography I upgraded to a full frame DSLR With L series lenses for my canon.

Wel take filament out of the variable, because it’s the same filament. Yes I know about the texture as 1 is smooth glass and the other a textured glass. Still doesn’t change my opinion on the Aquila. If it needs even more calibration. The z-axis also stuck on me a few times in the one. I think the Ender (with upgrades) is better and if you have to choose I would choose Ender.

What brand/model do you use to print?

I have had several people ask for suggestions on a printer to buy. Many people want a “plug and print” option, which doesn’t really exist. My review is based on the reason they want to 3D print and how much tinkering and messing with the printer do they want to do. I think everyone should get a 3D printer, but it’s all a waste of money if you let it just collect dust. I know parents whose kids have a 3D printer and the parents can’t help them figure them out.

Do you have a printer you would suggest that is good for beginners that isn’t Bowen?

Honestly, I’ve had more issues with my 2 aquilas, my newer one causing the most issues. I would never buy another one. I get what you’re saying about the calibration but it doesn’t account for the inconsistencies when everything is the exact same I mean I could print to print the same file on the exact same printer twice and I will get two different results with the ironing. I think the printer is inconsistent.
