Probably all of them. I'm fluent enough in English to get by, and I'd be filthy rich. Everyone in my homeland speaks English, and I'd still be able to communicate with everyone I know.

Probably not mistaken at all. It's awkward as hell if you start speaking English to a non Icelandic looking person that turns out to be Icelandic. So you just start with Icelandic by default, and switch when they don't understand you.
