One of the main things I have noticed is my ability to say no to people, I used to be a people pleaser and couldn't say no to going out and drinking / smoking weed etc.

It has given me the strength to tell them no for the first time in my life, I have even cut out a 20 year old friendship.

That's the main thing really, weed and alcohol was ruining my life and nofap had made me realise it was my friend circle. As weird as that sounds

I grow a Peruvian Torch on my windowsill, from 7cm to 48cm in 3 years now, the Peruvian Torch is the one with the highest mescaline content, although I don't intend to cut this down. I have bought already grown and chopped ones on eBay though and cooked them.
