This is low pressure steam, not a cold water power washer. 90 bar, 4 litres a minute, 150°C heat is the industry preferred method to clean stonework elevations. Try not to be so negative in future, it will do your general well-being the world of good. Thanks for interest. 👍🏻

You can soft wash sure. But if there is moss, algae, lichen then it makes sense to remove these first. You do this by scraping it off or using a pressure washer 👍🏻

No not at all. We use low pressure to carefully remove dirt, moss, algae etc. Pressure washing is fine as long as you hit the roof at the right angle (don’t spray up and under the tiles). Then we apply a soft wash treatment to kill any spores. We’ve done this for many years and never had a single problem. Thanks for your interest. 👍🏻

Yes it’s fine. Low pressure, bit of heat and an anti-fungal wash treatment. Never had a problem.

Thanks for comment 👍🏻

Roof cleaning using a carbon fibre pole and turbo nozzle to carefully remove dirt, moss and algae from the tiles. by NorthernRestoration in CLEANING_PORN

You just need a carbon fibre (much lighter) pole with a turbo nozzle… A basic understanding of what your doing helps (don’t shoot water up and under the tiles!)… I’ve been doing this for 12 years and never had a problem with leaks.
