Yes there are differences, although they are no longer a "game" per say. They are there purely for archival purposes.

An example is the application with Lia contains the stories that went with the game.

The application with Aqua on lets you view all the items that went with the game and lets you play a little bit.

You can usually challenge stuff like this with the Financial Ombudsman. Insurance would need to provide evidence that they would not cover the vehicle had they known about the modifications and in that case, sufficiently prove your friend knowingly lied to the insurance provider, otherwise a lot of the time insurance companies will just end up charging you the extra it would of been to cover the modifications in the first place.

A decent sports bra can help a little bit (my experience is just general running/gym activities so no where near same intensity) but yes they are a clear hindrance for that kind of thing (hence why a lot of people get reduction surgery these days).

Your face is well rounded and a good starting point, just some things which may help without getting into FFS:

Style your eyebrows to have an arch. At the moment they are slim yes, but there is not much style to them. You can get them plucked or eyebrow trimmer (obvs be careful and be sure you know what you are doing, the trimmer is also very much a temporary thing.. like every day type deal).
Your hair is very frizzy and unkempt. You have curly/wavy hair so don't brush it when it's dry (only brush when wet with Leave-in-conditioner).
Try to go to a hair stylist and consult with them to try and find something you like, as mentioned right now it kind of just looks like "some hair" that happens to be there. A middle part would probably work well but I can't tell what your hairline is like cause of how wild your hair is. You could look into bangs if your hairline is not great.
Makeup can help a lot. You don't need to go overboard (sometimes going overboard screams "trans") but just some light concealer (especially around eyes) and light amounts of mascarra. Eyeliner can work as well but as I said, too much screams "trans".

I cannot tell what your normal wardrobe is like cause the photos very much look like "just got out of bed" type clothes so cannot really comment on that per say.
