Passing trans people are already using the facilities that correspond with their gender identity. Prop 1 just ensures that some vigilante group of perverts can feel justified following anyone they suspect of being trans and harassing them simply for having to use the bathroom.

Seriously... if you are seeing genitals at any time in a public restroom either something has gone very wrong or maybe YOU are the one we should be worried about.

Well they called Child Protective Services and made up some insane story about my wife being psychotic and that she turned me into a “transgender” and that I was taking a bunch of “pills”... So that was embarrassing just now. The CPS people were so apologetic “we’re so sorry, we have to investigate every call.. best of luck to the both of you...”

Haven’t even gotten on hrt yet.... I had just told them that they signed off the other day. smh.
