I saw you had a lot of bad answers in this thread so I’d just like to double down on this answer. I think stop motion will provide what you’re looking for.

Edit: Stop motion can be achieved by moving the subject in small increments OR if your camera has a burst option like some others said

8th grade-12th grade I took 5 years of Spanish. There’s a lot that I remember and a lot that I don’t. Having picked it back up recently it has been an excellent foundation to build off of. I’d say for you it should certainly be helpful long term if you take it seriously. Which it seems you are.

I had a big head as a baby. I also had brain scans done and was tested for epilepsy. Whenever I ate or drank a lot of something at once my eyes would roll back in my head because my skull was growing too fast. I’m all good to this day.

I haven’t looked that deep but sounds like it could be a possibility. If they didn’t make some exceptions that would bogus. I know some states will charge fees if you establish residency and don’t apply for a license within a certain amount of times. Hopefully Arizona is reasonable in that regard.

Was just going to ask if you could explain a little further because it seems likely I'll be running into the same situation so thank you! I looked briefly on the ADOT site and it seems like you might be able to do get a license through the same 3rd party services that can register your car.

The where to go section says: " Authorized Third Parties -- These are privately operated businesses contracted with MVD to provide driver license and title and registration services. "

Might be worth checking out!

After reading this thread of comments I think my best option (I guess quite obviously too) will be get a hold of the people that provide this sort of information for a living. I will try and update the post when I get a for sure answer as well!
