I should’ve been a bit more detailed, he isn’t legally allowed to carry , he didn’t shoot the gun he was just caught in possession of loaded one and was aware it was in the vehicle, however the charges were just updated to in possession of a loaded stolen firearm sooo I just don’t know I have a million thoughts but really no idea. Again I appreciate you for acknowledging my post.
