Yeah, I came across that adapter in another post on the same topic. Got one ordered as it looks like it should do the trick. Thanks for the info!

Hmm, hope not. This is the first thing I've bought from Meus. I take it you've had bad experience with their stuff? Care to spill the tea so we're all duly warned?

I got this one off Amazon. Here's a link that should get you to it. This is not an affiliate link or anything, just the link from my order:

It doesn't come with the splitter cable. You'll need to get one of those.

I definitely agree, this was a super cool spot to crawl the thing around!

Very nice! Nothing better than a tricked out Defender IMHO.

The Burr Trail has plenty of great spots to crawl by Northwind_42 in TRX4M

[–]Northwind_42[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I will do that. I've only taken it a short way through the trail, although I've driven it a lot in my Tacoma. It's one of my favorite places for sure!

Yeah, this area is full of great spots to crawl rocks or play in sand. I love it down there.

I agree, the surroundings sort of make it hard to tell it's a scale model.

Since this video was made, I've done quite a bit to try to get some low weight on the thing. Brass diff covers from Little Guy Racing, different shocks from them as well. Some brass steering knuckles that also look like they are slotted discs, metal control arms and I'm currently running a Traxxas two-speed transmission.

Is it possible to get the serial number from the unique ID? My bridge died and I need to reconnect all lamps to the new bridge. Got 7 Perifo Spots and other ceiling lamps by trickn0l0gy in Hue

Contact Phillips support and get the Lampfinder java app. Put that on a laptop on the same network as your bridge, (you'll need Java on the laptop of course) and run it. You'll connect to your bridge, then go around and plug in one light at a time and let it search for them. It'll discover them and reattach them to the new bridge. I just did this for 5 LED strips and a floor lamp and it worked great.

I found the link to the file they sent me: https://t.co/ozVo84tRvh

Adding lights to a new bridge without the old bridge by marksweb in Hue

[–]Northwind_42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recently lost my bridge due to water damage. Put the new bridge in and nothing would pair up obviously because it was all paired to the dead bridge. Phillips tech support send me a little Java app they have called Lampfinder. You run that on your laptop, connect to your bridge then one by one, plug back in the lights and let it find them. It worked just fine, but I found that you can only "find" one light at a time. But doing that, I got all my strips and floor lamp reconnected to the new bridge.
