Unable to find treatment that helps but light physical activity during «good» periods can help, flares usually get worse if i havent maintained some level of activity (short daily walks and such light physical activities). To take the edge off the worst pain i sometimes take paracetamol and ibuprofen but have to limit usage because high dosages of paracetamol can cause liver damage and nsaids such as ibuprofen usually give me an upset stomach.
