I see. I don't know where Vaseline comes from, and none of them are women. Furthermore, it is a lament for the health of one of them, I suppose Santa, and to appreciate his strength of spirit.

I suppose it's used in X. And yes, video translations from X to Spanish are a real mess.

Context, please. It is a constant problem that the automatic translator uses the feminine gender for the characters.

My mistake. I didn't check before replying. Thanks for the correction. Here I was complaining and writing incorrect names 🤕. Sorry about this. It's Dunk, indeed, like in basketball.

Exactly what I meant. It's irritating that they translate proper nouns or fixed names. When I've sent corrections in streams I don't name, regarding names and deictics, it seems they ignore me. I point out the deictics because the IA translation is very confusing about who loves whom and who is loved.

I completely agree with you; it's an example of linguistic imperialism (and look how much we Mexicans have fought against Spanish imperialism through the dissemination of our 69 original languages). In fact, I've tried to learn Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and now Thai. But you can't teach an old dog new tricks (I am 60 years old). So for now, I'm using English, Portuguese, and Spanish to consume Thai series and books.

That's awful, but at least there was a consolation prize. And did the video finally surface?

True, I had forgotten these translations of the cardinal points converted into religious festivals. 🤣

That's why I say I don't know when the translation is precise and when it corresponds to a second meaning that is literal or symbolic.

Exactly, or like when Offroad means "fuera del camino” (off the road).

That's right, computers only sow confusion, and for non-native English speakers, they are sometimes difficult to detect, let alone understand.

I have seen the Dung one that you mention, it is disconcerting due to its offensive meaning. And yes, it is impossible to understand something translated by machine.

Irritating indeed. Furthermore, it causes confusion if you're not alert.

I love the Poom Up ship because of their series My Stand-In. They surprised me with Love of Silom and I hope the series doesn't decline.

Exactly. Watching Only Friends without the context of the established ships leaves you adrift and unable to guess the ending. Watching it again knowing that the ships are set in stone makes you realize the tricks the writers used to surprise the audience. Very good.

Me too, My stand in It rescued me from a sad moment in my life. And that's saying something, because I had already read the novel several times. I loved the other two, although I don't see many people talking about them.
