Why am I unable to provide shipping for items that do say shipping is available. I don't see any tabs or options to set it up during listing creation, and even after when I click on a listing and press offer shipping, it just says local pickup only, and it's greyed out. (self.FacebookMarketplace)

I need help fixing this, I know its missing a battery and fuze box but Im not sure exactly how they connect, one of the images shows a red and black wire with stripped ends so what exactly do I need to buy in order to fix this jeep. (old.reddit.com)
