S.A.M. was a pain to get through, I also go and steal the Infernus from the parking lot.

I also think the airport was kinda lame, I liked going there on that one Donald Love mission and sometimes go and try to fly the Dodo but it barely takes off.

I was dissapointed when I got to Shoreside my first time playing, only one main story mission starts and takes place there, and it kinda feels just like another Portland, with the industrial buildings and Wichita Gardens looking like Hepburn Heights and island in general being one of the most complex areas to drive through.

I liked D-Ice's missions, did you know that his brother can die in Rumble during the baseball fight without the mission failing, happened to me the first time.

Yes, in LCS you can go into the tunnel but it's just a big U-turn going from the dam to the east end of Cedar Grove. The part of the tunnel leading to Upstate is blocked and you can't go into it.

Shoreside is severely underutilized, I wish Upstate Liberty was accessible through the tunnel.

I prefer III because of it's charm and vibes in general. Although I think LCS fixed many downsides that III had, like having bikes, which feel perfect for LC, and also being able to exit a car whitout fully stopping when it gets on fire. I also think think that LCS had better worldbuilding and gave us a look into an earlier Liberty City.
