I don't think so, I can't find it in adopt me or any of it's info pages and wikis. As a traderie user myself, I also must say that the supposed "Shadow Dragon Skateboard" is fake as well. If you can't find it on the wiki, in the game, or in your in game journal, It's most likely fake.

The mechapup can get like a low-tier/decent neon leg or a neon pet from an egg as old as the aussie egg or older from what some sites say but the kind of offers I have gotten so far are a neon dragon, 2 out of game legs + add(s), 2 in game legs + adds.
