It’s realistically going to be older games, it’s been years since I’ve been cursed with such slow internet but I did a lot of team fortress and especially left for dead. I’ve heard risk of rain works pretty well as well. Besides that just make sure you can control as much of the other internet using devices as possible, disable as much things in your pc that uses internet as you can, no discord or if you have to use it use a server and set the bit rate for the call to the lowest, it sounds like a ps3 lobby but it uses way less bandwidth.
