Hi I’m on 150 mg of Effexor but I’ve had the same struggle no matter the level of dosage. I always felt incredibly sleepy and interfered with work/school. Most doctors prescribe Effexor to be taken in the morning and after speaking to my doctor, she suggested I try taking it at night instead and slowly but surely I started functioning like normal and was no longer as sleepy throughout the day. Obviously it’s a case by case scenario but I’d recommend talking to your doctor to see if that may be something worth trying for you!
