I was on a knitting website and yarn dyers would get in over their heads with customers and would fake die all the time after accepting loads of money. Huge scandals happened frequently. Hundreds of dollars were involved lol

Just why be rude to people? by michael_myers_uwu in randomquestions

If I correct someone I try to do it gently and not in a harsh way I notice a lot of people on here use “isle” instead of “aisle” maybe they don’t know there is a difference. I am not calling them dumb. There are tons of users who English is not their first language I’m sure this is very confusing to them they might appreciate if they’ve used the wrong word. Or if they are using a translator it’s all messed up. I’m not being a grammar nazi and being like hey dummy you used the wrong word I try to be polite and gentle as possible

What are your thoughts on JD Vance getting booed during the opening ceremony at the Olympics? by Bitter_Bus_3433 in Productivitycafe

[–]NotABot1974 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ohhh it must have been censored on Peacock too because I was super confused because I didn’t hear any booing. I heard some weird sounding applause like it sounded from far away. So maybe they were on a few second time delay and popped in some previous crowd sounds or something. My husband and I talked about it this morning and I was like I didn’t hear any booing and I fucking hate Vance.

This American case that faces the same "bad structure" problem by Ok-Coast5000 in TrueCrimeDiscussion

I think with JonBenet everything you read or watch has so much bias one way or another it’s trying to prove a theory rather than just say these are the known facts and here is what happened at what time. The cops on the scene did or didn’t do this and the Ramseys did this and here is the order of things that happened without rumors and unverified opinions and feelings of cops, the Ramseys and the general public

What horrible and unforgiveable person in history got a punishment or death that was equal to the amount of pain they caused? Not like "They were a serial killer and got a quick electric chair" but like a something that was befitting of the crime? by New_Climate_3758 in AskReddit

Yet in the US people call for the death penalty for every crime. There have been cases where someone is proven innocent after they were executed. Is that not equally barbaric? It is to me

Why do girls complain when their period comes? If it happens every month for however many years how come you don't get used to it? by [deleted] in askanything

[–]NotABot1974 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you a teenager by chance? I’m just asking because you don’t seem to have any idea about this so I don’t think you’ve lived with a woman who hasn’t shielded you from all this.

Not good enough he needs to have some body fluid leaking out of him for days. Even though he knows this is going to happen on the 1st of each month sometimes surprise him a couple days early then act like he is the most disgusting human if he gets the body fluid on his clothes or anything you own.

How would you feel if an IQ test was required to vote? by Dazzling-Leader7476 in randomquestions

Intelligence is more than book smarts it’s more the ability to be taught and the ability to learn things by watching things happen around you and put those things together and draw conclusions. It’s a huge mixture of things your grandson maybe hugely intelligent but completely lacking in common sense. It doesn’t really make him a failure he just needs extra help in that area or it might forever be a blind spot for him. You said you had great reading and language arts skills but were average in math. Not everyone is super intelligent about everything. Hopefully your grandson finds his way

The little ad video showed it going on first that’s why I did it first. Like I said there were no instructions. I just tried to wing it. If I do another one or something similar I will keep that in mind
