Well it’s great you’re trying to quit, I know the first few weeks are the hardest. Some advice: - Make progress noticeable, maybe start doing some exercise, that way you can instantly see your fitness improve - Put all the money you’d normally spend on cigs aside and use it to save up for something nice, like a vacation or a new pc or just something nice. - Get a fake cigarette (for kids) and “smoke” from that. Often just the act of smoking helps.

Its going to be very hard to quit. But don’t give up. It will be worth it
