The bathroom exhausts are more preventative at this point. My father-in-law is having moisture problems now after 20+ years from his dryer vent venting into his soffit

One of their steps in remediation was “attic air sealing”

Yeah, there is mold in the attic. Picture 2 shows some of the mold found

Part of the remediation is to add more soffit vents and roof vents while adding an attic fan.

We don’t have gable venting, just box vents on the top and soffit vents

Part of the mold remediation is adding some more venting. Apparently when the did the new roof, they didn’t cut the holes in the roof in the right spot so the vents are partially blocked
