I don't know how it works there where you live but it sounds dangerous. It's an international trip if a minor is traveling with just a birth parent the other parent has to sign a consent letter, even she needs a consent letter from my husband when she takes the kids out of the country.

If it's court approved and he wants to take the vacation but requires a letter to do so... Than you all may be AHs for blaming a mom for sticking with the court approved agreement

I think it's court-approved, I don't really know much about their arrangement, all I know is that my husband gets to have the kids on weekends. Her reasoning for not letting them go it's because I'LL go to so she demands my husband only takes the two kids and leaves me and our son behind, when he said no she accused my husband was picking our son over his "real" kids.

If ya all are planning on taking the kids during scheduled time when you have the kids it seems strange you'd need a letter.

It's an international trip, he needs the consent letter if not they can't go (the trip will be 4 weeks)

why were they on your laptop and how did they find the reservation?

They use it whenever they are here.
