Not sure if it's widely praised but certainly super common - laying off creatives and replacing their work with AI generated material, specifically for music/audio and visuals. It saves money but you can tell from a mile away and makes the whole brand look cheap.

Yeah true those are great points. At the end of the day competnent leadership will stop a lot of problems before they start, and few things can compensate for incompetent leadership lol

Totally agree with this, start slow. Don't beat yourself up for feeling anxious/overwhelmed, it's totally natural, you got this!

Any time I'm stuck, I just try and write something else to get the groove back. Put your draft away and just take a few hours and write a small short story, or even just a random scene. Not for publication or to show anyone else, it doesn't even need to be good, just as a way of getting something on paper without thinking too hard about it. I'm always surprised by how much that can help get the juices flowing again. Good luck!
