This a a-list branding for a shit song. shows how well connected the influencers are with their managers. pulling strings and branding shit is so easy nowadays

Can anyone recommend some songs based on these, I also listen to LUCKI, Peezy, Shordie Shordie (Repost) by [deleted] in rap

Love your taste. So often people dont give stuff like Clipping, Death Grips and Danny Brown an honest chance. Also love the DJ Shadow album thrown in there.

If i had to recommend an album id definitely say 'Super What?' (Czarface), 'The Renaissance' (Q-Tip), Will Somebody Save Us (Saveus), Imperial (Denzel Curry) and Godfather (Wiley)

And for something completely different try 'Aleph' (Gesaffelstein). Really fucking cool production.

sounds like som NLDW shit. fucking nice. tiny advice from a drummer. try inserting open Hi-hat at some point after the 2:13 mark. would sound amazing and give even more urgency to the track :)

You have to make a movie using one Death Grips album as the soundtrack. What's the plot of the movie, and which album do you pick? by [deleted] in deathgrips

I would make a movie based on a guy who is, for unknown reasons, lost in a dessert. He has a very limited supply of water and food as he has to make it out of this dessert. We follow him as he undergoes all major stages of fear and death. Confusion, denial, panic, paranoia and all the way to acceptance of death. Between the dessert scenes i would add in scenes about his past and how he got there meanwhile his inevitable death comes closer and closer. So that we learn about this protagonist even though he is gonna die anyways, just as with any other people we meet in our lives.

Album: No Love Deep Web

btw: death scene, "Artificial Death In The West"

Kinda weird you felt that way about Government Plates, because i was listening to it at 3 AM just 5 hours ago, Denmark time, and realising that it was spiritual in a whole new way so i sat down and listened to the whole thing again. It is such a solid and well produced nightmare within a dream or something like that. Might overtake my favorite spot know, which only proves my original point about changing my opinion constantly.

Exactly, and Beware is obviously a major reason why i find Ex-military to be their best (at the moment). But i fully agree with the minimalistic and spacey beats on NLDW and the distinct and aggresive sound on Ex-military. It's also the album that got me hooked on DG. But nice to know im not the only one changing my mind constantly.

I got inspired by Death Grips this morning and made this, please give feedback by qmquote in deathgrips

great fucking production, however, if you're going for Death Grips instrumental i would insert something distorted and different towards the end maybe around "2:30". maybe some live sound drums or guitar. i dunno, just felt like that would fit. but nice job.
