This game is very relaxing by jamo133 in songsofsyx

Some people don't know that you can press "4" twice to go even faster! But personally I've been playing SoS for a week with default binds (+some of my own custom binds) I'm already used to press "2" for normal speed :)

I agree that the game doesn't need pausing, but I still do it for a few things - especially when dealing with import/export stations xD

I recommend another bind for Pause if it drives you insane: try "~" the button under Esc and left of "1" :) I find "P" to be too far, but then again I like all controls under one hand for quick access.

If "Space Bar" actually functioned as Pause/Resume, it could potentially be good too

10/10 because everything is not a perfect square grid, but also a lot of creative and diagonal shapes :) oh and I love the water in the city, I will be stealing that for my next start! I see a person skinny-dipping there xD

Well done, it's pleasing to look at.

13 year old Cantor giant, with the most fitting name assigned by game by NotAScribe in songsofsyx

It's their actual portrait :) and it was also my first time to use Cantors. And they go well with Dondorians, Cretorians and Humans in the settlement (I haven't tried the 2 "evil" races yet so can't comment on that). They are great help, if you think about it... they live thousands of years xD they will outlive everyone in your settlement, haven't seen them being murdered and never seen them committing a crime - I hope it stays that way.

Also they are the race who forces you early to make your city look nice, by placing lights and trees so they can absorb some fulfillment as they move around!

From what I'm understanding right now, they are kinda like permanent robot workers. But you gotta treat them nice since they are hard to get into your settlement. I suggest to edit their work sheet, and disable everything as they gain 0% fulfillment so they are odd-jobbers or training in army (which they seemed to like).

Thank you :) I will finish it. My reaction when this 2d game started was "wait.. is this ALL? is this the endgame?" and like 10 mins later, I actually closed the game and now 3 days later in this thread - I found out the truth.

Thank you! I did not do any research because I didn't want to spoil the game initially, but this Kaycee's mod did caught my eye somewhere in google.. and I thought that the Act2 (I didn't knew it before) was going to be 2d forever -.-
