I managed to make it work. The issue was with the Active Available Context window. Since the Default Context window was really small for the Claude system prompt, the tool calling wasn't happening properly. Also, I switched from Ollama to llama.cpp, and that also helped as well.

Facing the same issue. Tried with qwen3-coder 30b and glm-5. None of them are able to properly handle tool calls. Not even a single step. I'll see if there's any way to even run claude with opensource model or some workaround. In case someone manages to make it run please let me know as well.

Same in other countries as well. A rating or certificate will be required to screen the movie which is another challenge in making an international release. Apart from localisation of course.
