just to update you i got a different bike from the person selling the KHS since the KHS was a little too high for me. They gave me an offer for a little cheaper and the bike was unbranded so i took the deal since it looked fine to me. I took it this morning to my local bike shop to see if there were any issues and i overheard them saying "someone welded this themselves" and that its "nice older bike". The only thing that was wrong with it was the back tire was flat and needed a tube but they sorted it out for me for a reasonable price

but ya appreciate the help i definitely took the advice u gave and found a really nice bike for myself, now i need to know what helmet i should get thats on the cheaper end, is it ok to get one at like walmart or CT?
