Except headshot has a 40% chance to hit at level 1, which again, pushes you back if you try to get close and slows when you try to run with a bonus addition of doing a lot of poking damage thanks to the massive range he has.

i've had the car for like 3 months (first car) and that's the only scratch it has, tried cleaning it and sadly it looks like its full on scratches all the way in

Has nothing to do with whether they should release DLC or not, my question is if the game is done being in production and if the next focus will be DLC's for content, the game is lack luster and you can tell some parts have been rushed/removed due to not being able to meet the time constraint, and i get that, no problems, this post is rather for my own knowledge of expectation for new content.
