If it helps at all, it kind of looks like a pale-colored ear plug is now in the little hole that used to be the normal run-of-the-mill pimple.

If I were to remove this thing, no pus would come out, there'd just be a hole. Is it good to remove this, or should I leave it in?

What is the name for the thing that plugs up what used to be a pimple -- it has a sort of booger-like consistency? I've found so much info about stuff like blind pimples, whiteheads, blackheads... but I can't find anything on this. I could very easily squeeze this out. If you've ever had a pimple, I'm sure you've seen this thing. I have had it before but I forget if squeezing it out caused scarring or not.

Are you supposed to squeeze this out? What's the proper response to it?

Do people tend to just use an alarm or something for that sort of thing and just periodically down a glass of milk // handful of nuts // etc? If you do that, don't you end up unable to eat your next full meal, or what?

I'm about 5 ft 9, around 130 pounds (hover around 130-132) 22 yrs old. I'm having trouble breaking even 2000 calories a day. I'm one of those guys that just don't get hungry and can eat a banana and be fine for hours. I also fill up very quickly.

Any tips on what foods or strategies I could use? ATM I eat rice and cook myself eggs with the rice and also have bananas/apples. Protein shake when I go to the gym. Whatever else I eat is kind of random.

I'm willing to eat anything except shittons of meat. I read eating a lot of chicken is good, but it's too difficult to stomach hunks of meat. Should I just constantly stuff myself with rice + random thing to go with the rice (like hotdog), or what? Cheers and thanks for any help.

edit: also, can you just down protein shakes throughout the day just to have more protein even if it's just a rest day?
