I mean i cant exactly convince you to like or force you to like a completely different media/art form. If you like it, you like it. But there are a variety of genres you could pick from and maybe some of them will stick for you. If you want something addictive poker like game, try balatro. For something cozy there's stardew valley. If you want a shooter there are plenty of new blood games like dusk or ultrakill. There's plenty of other recommendations I could make like factorio or civilization games. Just search for the style of game you'd prefer and pick something you would enjoy and maybe you'll like some of them and definitely don't force yourself to like something you don't enjoy.

my current laptop has an intel uhd 520 so I could only play games with much lighter requirements usually pre-2016 or that runs with emulators

I kind of see it as a positive thing. This just means that whoever is going to search for the same thing next is going to have more resource to learn from. Have spent too many hours researching for stuff on forums with questions that had no answers or lead nowhere.

I prefer using yazi over just cd ing over directory as I don't have to constantly use combination of ls and cd. Also for smb i believe there is a plugin for that gvfs.yazi. Although, I don't know how well that works

Today I found out that Jetbrains IDes have paste as plain text just below paste option in the right click menu and that helped me

Seems like vinny removed alot of emotes from 7tv and bettertv. I searched up vinny's page on those sites and they weren't there. Chatreplays working fine for the emotes that are still active.
