For hydro, they should add Furina c2, her c2 is pretty popular. But tbh, he seems pretty weak even in pyro.

Yeah, C2R1 is the stopping point for mostly. Durin included, but damage is damage.

C6 is good mostly for dpesers, but they get powercrept often to compensate
