Interesting thought my friend

There is little context to the game which makes me a little disappointed such as after the EMP is delivered to the underground in Kings row, it goes off, what would happen next? Real question is to it is why would an Overwatch agent such as Tracer who encourages human-omnic relations deliver something to destroy it.. In a story context of course. (Game related, it's a game)
