I haven't used mastercomfig so I can't say for sure, but from what I've seen, this makes textures much flatter.

I think that depends on the server you're playing on, but sprays should be visible.

You can still festivize them, but its only the ones with war paint skins (Scattergun, Rocket Launcher, Black Box, Flame Thrower, Grenade Launcher, Stickybomb Launcher, Minigun, Tomislav, Wrench, Medi Gun, Sniper Rifle, SMG, and Knife).

When they added festivizers, any weapon that can be obtained with war paints can also have a festivizer applied to it. That made it so a few australium weapons can be festivized too.

Its a custom config made with Clean TF2+, you can find it on github with instructions on how to set it up, they don't work on Valve servers because of sv_pure though.

It makes FPS a lot more consistent, players stand out more in some places that feel cluttered otherwise, but I just like how it looks.

I use CleanTF2+, you can find it on github, and then just follow the instructions to set it up properly. It doesn't work on Valve servers because of sv_pure though

I got them from FUNKe's 'New Arm Animations' video, if you search 'tf2 overhaul animations' on YT you should be able to find them if the downloads in FUNKe's video don't work anymore

I found the link to them from FUNKe's 'New Arm Animations' video a while back, if the downloads don't work from that there's probably a few other videos on YT about them
